To fold the Foldable Dexter there are a few step and then you have a bike that will fit in your trunk or closet. Our first step is to fold up the pedals. To do this stand behind the bike and push the pedal on the right to the frame of the bike. Once it is pushed in you pull it up so that it is parallel to the frame. Then repeat on the
To fold the Foldable Dexter there are a few step and then you have a bike that will fit in your trunk or closet. Our first step is to fold up the pedals. To do this stand behind the bike and push the pedal on the right to the frame of the bike. Once it is pushed in you pull it up so that it is parallel to the frame. Then repeat on the left side. After both pedals are folded in you want to put the left pedal pointing backwards, so that once it is folded it will be able to rest on the kickstand.Next we are going to fold the bike in half. Still behind the bike you need to locate the silver clamp on the right hand side of the bike in the middle of the frame. Release the clamp by pulling it up and swinging it out of the socket. Once released you can lift it up so that the pin comes out of the whole and allows you to swing the front side of the bike left all the way until the front and back wheel are parallel. Lastly, you will fold the handlebars down. Locate the silver pin on the stem that holds the handlebars. Lift up the ball pin and then release the black handle. The handlebar will then freely fold to the left. Your foldable dexter is now able compact for storage or transport. To unfold the Foldable Dexter make sure you are in an open area so that you are able to swing the bike open. First, grab the handle bars and swing them away from the bike until the stem is perpendicular to the ground. Pull the black handle back to the stem and make sure it is latched tight.Next, standing behind both tires (not behind the bike where it i folded), swing the front tire to the right opening it up all the way until the pin reaches its base. Locate the pin/latch in the middle of the frame where the bike meets. Once the frame is opened up, you can now lift the pin/latch and fit the front and back together. After it is straight and the pin is in, swing the latch back towards the bike and clamp it shut. Lastly, you will need to release the pedals. To do so, you pull the plastic pedal away from the bike so that it snaps back into ridable position. Turn the bike on and you are ready to ride. Ride safe and have fun.
